Climate Quick Wins for Small & Rural Communities
Jump-start climate adaptation with a quick win!
Small and rural communities across Ontario are experiencing the growing social, cultural, and economic impacts of climate change. Yet, many communities are working with limited staff and resources, making it difficult to advance climate adaptation alongside other priorities.
Climate Quick Wins for Small & Rural Communities collection meets communities where they are. Each hazard card offers a menu of practical, bite-sized actions to help communities take practical steps toward climate resilience, with actions that build on existing staff capacity, budgets, and partnerships.
Designed with the realities of small and rural communities in mind, these actions work with the staff, budgets, and partnerships you already have in place.
